Shipping policy

Free standard UK mainland delivery is available on qualifying orders with a total order value of £50 ex VAT or more. The one-off £12.99 ex VAT logo setup fee counts towards this order value.

For embroidered orders, delivery is typically 7–10 days from artwork approval. Production begins only after the artwork proof has been approved.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific date has been expressly agreed. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.
