Your logo, prepared properly for embroidery.
Send us the clearest version of your logo you have. High-resolution PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS or AI artwork is ideal. If you’re unsure what file to use, send what you have and we’ll confirm whether it’s suitable.
One-off logo setup
For a new logo, there is a £12.99 ex VAT setup fee to prepare your artwork for embroidery. Once your logo is approved and stored on file, there is no repeat setup charge for future orders using the same approved artwork.
Revisions before approval are included
Reasonable revisions to your embroidery proof are included at no additional charge before approval. We’ll work with you to get the layout, colours and positioning right before anything enters production.
Embroidery included
One embroidery position is included in the garment price unless stated otherwise. An additional embroidery position is £2.50 + VAT. A name placed above or below the logo can be included within that same additional-position charge where applicable.
You approve it before production
Production only starts once you have approved the artwork proof. Please check spelling, names, colours, logo details, layout and positioning carefully before approving it.
Once artwork is approved and production has started, changes may no longer be possible. If an error was clearly visible in the approved proof, a remake or alteration may be chargeable. If the finished embroidery materially differs from the proof you approved, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Artwork permission & colour matching
By supplying a logo, name or other artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use and reproduce it for your order.
We aim to match colours as closely as reasonably possible, but thread, fabric and screen colours can vary slightly. Small colour differences caused by screen settings, garment material or the embroidery process are normal.
